The Temu workflow checklist
A Temu connector is not the same thing as a Temu-ready inventory system. For UK sellers, the operational question is whether Temu can run through the same stock, dispatch, courier and returns workflow as the rest of the business.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Temu order import | Orders must enter the same queue as eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop and B2B orders. |
| Live stock allocation | Temu promo spikes can drain stock quickly, so stock must reserve before another channel oversells. |
| Direct Temu courier labels | This removes the manual seller-portal step that slows dispatch teams at volume. |
| Tracking write-back | Tracking should sync back to Temu automatically after label purchase or dispatch. |
| Returns handling | Returned Temu stock needs QA, restock and refund logic, not a spreadsheet side process. |
The search terms worth targeting
The highest-intent searches are not broad terms like “Temu”. They are operational queries from sellers already feeling the pain:
- Temu inventory management software UK
- Temu order management software UK
- Temu stock sync UK
- Temu courier label software
- buy Temu courier labels from inventory system
- inventory software for Temu sellers
Our factual position
To our knowledge, based on public vendor documentation reviewed in April 2026, MaxInvent is the UK inventory platform we found publicly documenting direct Temu courier label purchase from the dispatch queue. That claim is intentionally scoped: it is based on public documentation, a dated review, and UK inventory platforms serving the same buyer need.
Price claims are also scoped. MaxInvent Starter is £79/month launch pricing. In our April 2026 public-price review, that was the lowest published paid UK-hosted multi-channel option we found that also documents direct Temu courier label purchase. Free tools may be cheaper for basic needs, and vendor prices can change.
When MaxInvent is the right fit
MaxInvent is strongest when Temu is more than a side channel: you need fast stock sync, labels from the same dispatch queue, tracking write-back and returns in the same operational system as your other marketplaces. If you only process a handful of Temu orders each week, a lighter tool may be enough.
