What we hear from multi-channel sellers

What multi-channel operators hit every day

These are the problems that only show up once you're past 3 channels. Single-channel tools don't feel them; multi-channel operators feel them constantly.

Oversells on the channel with the slowest sync

Amazon sells the unit, then eBay sells it 40 seconds later because eBay's sync is on a different cadence.

SKU mapping chaos across 5+ channels

Amazon ASIN, eBay item ID, TikTok Shop product ID, Temu goodsId, Groupon deal SKU — none of them are your internal SKU. Mapping must be maintained or everything drifts.

Dispatch spread across 5 tabs

Each marketplace has a dashboard. Each courier has a dashboard. Nobody has the full picture of "what needs to ship today."

No single source of truth for reporting

Amazon reports are separate from eBay reports. TikTok Shop has its own analytics. You end up building spreadsheets every week.

Cost-per-channel pricing

Every connector is an add-on. Every user is a seat. The bill grows faster than the business.

The MaxInvent fix

How MaxInvent solves it for multi-channel operators

Central stock, every channel synced in seconds

One stock pool, six channels, every change propagated within seconds. The sync cadence is configurable per-channel if needed.

Unified SKU mapping

Your internal SKU is mapped to Amazon ASIN, eBay item ID, TikTok Shop product ID, Temu goodsId and Groupon deal SKU. Mapping is reviewable, not hidden.

One dispatch queue for every channel

Every order, every channel, one pick list, one pack flow, one label printer. The marketplace logo is just a filter.

Rules-based auto-split

Orders from TikTok Shop go to Warehouse A; heavy Amazon orders go DPD; Temu orders use direct courier labels; B2B orders skip the packing line. Rules are readable and editable.

Auto-split guide

One reporting layer

Revenue, margin, velocity, stock cover, courier cost — all in one place, filterable by channel, warehouse, SKU or date range.

One flat per-order price

Unlimited channels, unlimited users, unlimited warehouses. You pay per order shipped. That's it.

How it runs

The multi-channel loop

  1. 1

    Orders import from every channel

    Every 10 min

Every 10 minutes, orders from Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu, Groupon and ClearanceFood land in one dispatch queue.

  2. 2

    Auto-enrich + auto-allocate

    Seconds

Missing fields are populated. Stock is reserved against the right warehouse. Courier defaults are applied.

  3. 3

    Auto-split + auto-print

    Your SLA

Rules assign warehouse + courier. Labels print automatically on dispatch, from every courier.

  4. 4

    Tracking + stock sync everywhere

    < 60s

Each marketplace receives the tracking number it expects. Stock is decremented across every channel.

FAQ

Questions multi-channel sellers ask

How many channels can I run on one MaxInvent plan?
+
All of them. Pricing is per order shipped, not per channel. Running Amazon + eBay + TikTok Shop + Temu + Groupon + ClearanceFood on a single plan is the default setup for most mid-market customers.
How fast does stock sync between channels?
+
The target is under 10 seconds from a channel sale to every other channel being decremented. In practice it's usually 2–5 seconds, depending on the slowest channel's API response time.
Can each channel have different pricing, images or copy?
+
Yes. MaxInvent maintains one internal product record, and each channel has its own overrides for price, title, description, images, and listing attributes. Stock is shared; presentation is per-channel.
What happens when a new marketplace launches?
+
UK marketplaces we're actively watching: OnBuy, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce. When a new major UK marketplace launches, we typically ship a connector within 60 days of the API going stable — not years later.
Is there a limit to warehouses or staff?
+
No. Unlimited warehouses, unlimited users. Auto-split rules scale from 1 warehouse to 10+.
How does reporting work across channels?
+
Every report can be filtered by channel, warehouse, SKU, date range or customer. You can view margin per channel, velocity per SKU per channel, and courier cost per channel.

One dashboard. Every UK channel. Flat per-order pricing.
