How does MaxInvent prevent overselling across marketplaces?+
MaxInvent acts as the source of truth. When an order lands on any connected channel, stock is decremented in your master inventory and pushed to other connected channels through the configured sync workflow. Buffers and recovery jobs reduce the chance of overselling during API delays or outages.
Can I manage stock across multiple warehouses?+
Yes. MaxInvent models multiple warehouses, zones and locations, and each SKU can hold different quantities by location. Nearest-warehouse auto-routing and automatic cross-warehouse order splitting are not currently claimed.
Is my inventory data stored in the UK?+
MaxInvent is designed for UK primary hosting in AWS London. Any customer-specific data residency requirements should be confirmed in your agreement and onboarding documents.
