Order management
Order management for supported UK sales channels
A unified queue for marketplace orders, cash-and-carry counter sales, customer portal orders, rep app orders, collections and deliveries. Automated routing, splitting, enrichment, and status sync — without switching between tabs.
Orders are everywhere, and so is your team
Marketplace and internal order sources use different interfaces and record rules. A connected operational queue can reduce repeated tab switching while preserving source-specific fields.
- Logging into 5+ marketplace portals every morning
- Cash-and-carry, phone and counter orders living outside the marketplace workflow
- Rep app and customer portal orders handled in separate spreadsheets or inboxes
- Collections and local deliveries planned away from the main order book
- Manually copying tracking numbers back to each channel
- Missing dispatch deadlines on Amazon, Temu or eBay
- No way to see all-channel order volume, revenue or profitability in one place
- Split-shipment orders handled manually, slowly, and with mistakes
One operational order book, rules-driven from capture to delivery
MaxInvent ingests supported orders through connected APIs, adds available customer and stock context, routes them through configured workflows and returns supported status updates.
- Unified queue across eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Groupon, ClearanceFood
- Staff-entered counter, cash-and-carry and depo orders in the same order book
- Customer portal and field rep app orders flow into the same stock allocation
- Collections, deliveries, driver routes and proof-of-delivery tied to the order
- Rule-based routing: by SKU, channel, region, priority or SLA
- Split parcels by quantity, weight or dimensions
- Auto-enrich with customer history, VAT status, courier zone
- Supported tracking and fulfilment updates through each connector
Capabilities
What you get with Order Management
Unified order queue
Marketplace, counter, cash-and-carry, customer portal, rep app, collection and delivery orders in one list. Filter by source, warehouse, courier, priority or SLA.
Rules-based routing
Define routing rules once: by channel, SKU, buyer country, order value, collection status, delivery route or customer priority. Orders land in the right queue automatically.
Parcel splitting
Create linked parcels when quantity, weight or dimensions require more than one shipment.
Auto-enrich orders
Customer lifetime value, product weight, VAT treatment, courier zone — filled in before the order reaches dispatch.
Two-way marketplace sync
Supported tracking, dispatch, refund and cancellation records are submitted through the relevant connector. Available actions, processing time and retries depend on each marketplace API.
Bulk actions
Approve, hold, re-allocate, or dispatch 100s of orders at once. Everything auditable, everything reversible.
Built-in automation
The work that runs itself
- Split parcels by quantity, weight and dimensions
- Auto-enrich with customer and product data
- Auto-route based on rules
- Auto-push tracking back to marketplace
FAQ
Frequently asked
Does MaxInvent push tracking numbers back to the marketplace?+
Supported tracking updates are sent through the relevant marketplace connector after dispatch. Available fields and processing time depend on each marketplace API.
Can I set different dispatch rules per marketplace?+
Rules can use configured order and parcel data. Temu platform labels are conditional; own-courier booking requires enabled carrier credentials, mappings and services, while manual tracking remains a separate permitted route.
What about split shipments or multi-warehouse orders?+
MaxInvent supports linked parcel splitting by quantity, weight and dimensions. Automatic splitting and routing across warehouses is not currently claimed.
