Order management

Order management system for every UK sales channel

A unified queue for marketplace orders, cash-and-carry counter sales, customer portal orders, rep app orders, collections and deliveries. Automated routing, splitting, enrichment, and status sync — without switching between tabs.

The problem

Orders are everywhere, and so is your team

Every marketplace has its own seller portal, your cash-and-carry counter has walk-in orders, your reps take customer orders on the road, and B2B buyers expect self-service. Staff jumping between tabs miss orders, miss deadlines, and ship the wrong thing to the wrong person.

  • Logging into 5+ marketplace portals every morning
  • Cash-and-carry, phone and counter orders living outside the marketplace workflow
  • Rep app and customer portal orders handled in separate spreadsheets or inboxes
  • Collections and local deliveries planned away from the main order book
  • Manually copying tracking numbers back to each channel
  • Missing dispatch deadlines on Amazon, Temu or eBay
  • No way to see all-channel order volume, revenue or profitability in one place
  • Split-shipment orders handled manually, slowly, and with mistakes
The MaxInvent way

One operational order book, rules-driven from capture to delivery

MaxInvent ingests every order from every channel in seconds, enriches it with customer and stock context, routes it through your dispatch, collection or delivery rules, and pushes status back to the right channel automatically.

  • Unified queue across eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Groupon, ClearanceFood
  • Staff-entered counter, cash-and-carry and depo orders in the same order book
  • Customer portal and field rep app orders flow into the same stock allocation
  • Collections, deliveries, driver routes and proof-of-delivery tied to the order
  • Rule-based routing: by SKU, channel, region, priority or SLA
  • Auto-split multi-warehouse and multi-courier shipments
  • Auto-enrich with customer history, VAT status, courier zone
  • Tracking and fulfilment status pushed back to every channel

Capabilities

What you get with Order Management

Unified order queue

Marketplace, counter, cash-and-carry, customer portal, rep app, collection and delivery orders in one list. Filter by source, warehouse, courier, priority or SLA.

Rules-based routing

Tracking, dispatch confirmation, refunds and cancellations flow back to every marketplace the moment they happen.

Bulk actions

Approve, hold, re-allocate, or dispatch 100s of orders at once. Everything auditable, everything reversible.

The work that runs itself

  • Auto-split orders across warehouses
  • Auto-enrich with customer and product data
  • Auto-route based on rules
  • Auto-push tracking back to marketplace

FAQ

Frequently asked

Does MaxInvent push tracking numbers back to the marketplace?
+
Yes — automatically, for every supported marketplace. As soon as you print a label, the tracking number, courier and dispatch timestamp are sent back to eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, or wherever the order came from.
Can I set different dispatch rules per marketplace?
+
Yes. You can route Amazon FBM orders through Royal Mail Tracked 24, Temu orders through Temu's own courier, and wholesale orders through your own DPD account — all on autopilot.
What about split shipments or multi-warehouse orders?
+
Orders are auto-split when stock sits across multiple warehouses. Each sub-shipment can use a different courier, and the marketplace gets individual tracking for each parcel.
