Marketplace operations
Marketplace fulfilment from order import to dispatch
Bring connected marketplace orders into one operational queue, allocate stock, barcode-check picks, split parcels where required and hand shipments to enabled carrier workflows.
Marketplace portals stop at the warehouse door
Each marketplace can show its own order, but warehouse teams need one queue that joins stock allocation, picking, packing, shipping and status updates.
- Orders spread across marketplace portals
- Stock allocation separated from the pick queue
- Repeated product and address checks
- Labels created in disconnected carrier tools
- Tracking and dispatch state drifting from the order record
A shared fulfilment loop across connected channels
MaxInvent joins connected orders to the same stock, warehouse, parcel and dispatch records while preserving the originating marketplace and its required state.
- Unified queue for implemented marketplace connectors
- Shared stock allocation and order holds
- Barcode pick-pack checks
- Parcel splitting by quantity, weight and dimensions
- Enabled shipping and tracking workflows

FAQ
Frequently asked
Which carrier workflows are implemented?+
Evri and eligible Amazon Shipping are implemented. Temu platform-label eligibility is controlled by Temu; own-courier routes need Temu permission and enabled carrier setup or manual tracking. Other carriers require assessment.
Is Shopify included as a fully live native connector?+
No. Shopify is at foundations / limited-onboarding stage, so its exact product, order, stock and fulfilment scope must be confirmed before onboarding.
Can one order create multiple parcels?+
Yes. Parcels can be split by quantity, weight and dimensions while remaining linked to the source order.
