Dispatch

Dispatch management: from order to doorstep

Barcode pick-pack-scan, auto-printed labels, courier selection rules, and hand-off to drivers or couriers — all from one dispatch screen.

The problem

Dispatch is where small problems become big ones

Mis-picks go out as shipments. Wrong labels get slapped on right parcels. Unsuitable courier choices can cost more when parcels are late, damaged or missing. Manual dispatch is where many sellers lose margin.

  • Manual label printing, one order at a time
  • Wrong items picked, wrong parcels shipped
  • Using a courier workflow that does not match the order, SLA or parcel type
  • No proof of what was picked or when
  • No way to tie actual courier scans back to orders
The MaxInvent way

Barcode-driven dispatch with courier rules and reconciliation

Scan-driven pick and pack can feed configured label and marketplace workflows. Carrier selection, status updates and reconciliation depend on the implemented account, service, connector fields and API responses.

  • Mobile-ready pick, pack and scan workflow
  • Auto-print labels via network or USB thermal printers
  • Courier rules across enabled services, including eligible Temu platform labels and permitted own-courier routes
  • Batch dispatch for selected eligible orders
  • Courier reconciliation catches lost, mis-scanned or un-billed parcels

Capabilities

What you get with Dispatch Management

Pick, pack & scan

Scan-driven workflow on any barcode scanner or phone. Reduce mis-picks with an audit trail and proof of dispatch.

Auto-print labels

Supported labels can print when an order reaches the configured dispatch state. Printer format and batch behaviour should be tested with the required workflow.

Courier selection rules

Route orders through implemented services. Temu platform labels are conditional; own-courier routes require Temu permission and configured carrier setup.

Multi-courier routing

Set rules per channel, destination and service level across the courier workflows enabled for your account.

In-house driver dispatch

Run your own delivery fleet? Assign orders to drivers with route optimisation and proof-of-delivery capture.

Courier reconciliation

Supported courier records can be compared with dispatch data where the carrier account, service and API provide the required scan and charge fields.

Built-in automation

The work that runs itself

  • Auto-print labels on dispatch
  • Auto-select a suitable enabled courier workflow that meets SLA
  • Auto-push tracking to marketplace
  • Auto-reconcile dispatches with courier data

FAQ

Frequently asked

Which couriers are supported out of the box?+

Evri and eligible Amazon Shipping are implemented. Temu platform labels are available only for eligible orders; own-courier routes require Temu permission and enabled carrier setup or manual tracking. Assess other carriers separately.

Can I use my own DPD or Royal Mail account?+

These accounts are not advertised as unconditional native integrations. They can be assessed during discovery against your carrier account, services, permissions and available API access.

Do you support printing from a warehouse with multiple stations?+

Configured pick-pack stations can map to supported printer workflows. Test the required printer, format, batch and dispatch-state behaviour before rollout.
