- Which couriers are supported out of the box? +
- Temu courier (direct), Amazon Shipping where available, Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Parcelforce, Tuffnells and Yodel. You can also connect supported courier accounts where account setup and API access are available.
- Can I use my own DPD or Royal Mail account? +
- Yes, where your carrier account, permissions and API access allow it. MaxInvent can connect supported courier accounts during onboarding, but carrier availability and pricing should be confirmed directly with the carrier.
- Do you support printing from a warehouse with multiple stations? +
- Yes. Each pick-pack station can have its own thermal printer mapped. Labels print automatically at the station handling the order.
