Barcode and stock count workflows

Frequently asked
Do we need rugged scanners, or will phones do?+
Both work. The app installs to the home screen and accepts input from a phone camera or from a keyboard-wedge scanner such as the handheld Android terminals many warehouses already own. Start on phones and add rugged devices where the environment demands it.
Does pack verification cover marketplace parcels?+
Yes. Direct orders and marketplace parcels, including Temu platform parcels, can be scan-verified at the bench before dispatch. The verification is recorded against the order.
Can pickers pick marketplace orders in waves on the handheld?+
Not yet. Today the handheld covers receiving, put-away, counts, barcode work, pack verification and the collection board, and marketplace work appears there as collection and pack tasks. Wave picking for marketplace orders is not part of the current release.
How are warehouse locations set up?+
You can define zones, aisles, bins and tote labels yourself, or generate a starter layout — receiving bay, dispatch, shelf and tote — and adjust it. Bin quantities can be reconciled against system stock through a bin audit.
