Marketplace integration
Marketplace integration for UK multi-channel sellers
Native API connectors for eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Groupon and ClearanceFood — built and maintained in-house, with UK-first marketplaces at their heart.
UK connector requirements differ
Connector coverage varies by marketplace, record type and region. Buyers should test the UK channels and workflows they actually use.
- Required UK channels absent from a shortlisted platform
- API changes that require visible failure and recovery handling
- Temu order and shipping steps isolated from the main dispatch flow
- Listing sync that loses formatting, images or pricing rules
- Regional tax, unit and carrier requirements left unspecified
Native connectors, built and operated in the UK
Core marketplace connectors are built and maintained by MaxInvent. API failures and stale synchronisation runs are surfaced for operational review.
- eBay: Trading API + Inventory API + Fulfillment API
- Amazon SP-API with orders, listings, FBA inventory and reports
- TikTok Shop UK with order, inventory and listing sync
- Temu order import with eligible platform labels and permitted own-courier fulfilment
- Groupon and ClearanceFood with webhook and API support

FAQ
Frequently asked
Are your marketplace integrations really native, or white-labelled?+
Core marketplace connectors are built and maintained by our in-house team rather than being resold third-party connector libraries. Response times to API changes depend on the marketplace change and severity.
How can MaxInvent fulfil a Temu order?+
An eligible connected order can buy and print a Temu platform label. Where Temu's order rules permit, use an enabled own-courier integration or manual carrier/tracking entry. Temu controls eligibility, services and prices.
What about Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento?+
Magento is live. Shopify is at foundations / limited-onboarding stage rather than an unconditional live native connector. WooCommerce and OnBuy are roadmap items.
