Moving to MaxInvent from Cin7
Cin7 (Omni and Core) is a global inventory platform. For UK sellers, fit depends on marketplace mix, cost and onboarding needs. MaxInvent is UK-built with two conditional Temu fulfilment routes, transparent per-order pricing and discovery-led onboarding.

DiscoveryCin7 supports CSV and API export for products, customers, suppliers, stock levels, open orders and historic orders. We handle the data shape mapping into MaxInvent's schema.

ConfigurationReconnect only the marketplace and carrier workflows confirmed during discovery. Shopify is limited onboarding; other carriers depend on account and API availability.

Migration questions, answered
How does MaxInvent's pricing compare with Cin7 at scale?+
MaxInvent uses order allowances and 5p/order on Starter and Growth; Scale volume overage from 5p/order, with users included in current tiers rather than a per-seat subscription charge. Cin7 publishes its own pricing model on its website — compare both against your actual user count and order volume.
Does MaxInvent support manufacturing and assembly?+
MaxInvent supports simple assembly (bundle SKUs, kit-to-order), multi-location stock, and purchase orders. We do not currently ship deep manufacturing routings with BOM-level costing. If full manufacturing is core to your operation, we'll say so upfront — we're not trying to shoehorn a bad fit.
What about a B2B customer portal?+
MaxInvent includes its B2B portal in Growth (£299.99/month launch pricing) and above: per-customer catalogues, tiered unit/layer/pallet pricing and credit context. Optional outbound GBP invoice push to Xero is available.
Will my Xero integration survive the migration?+
MaxInvent offers optional outbound GBP push to Xero for sales invoices, supplier bills and payments. It does not claim two-way sync, credit-note export, marketplace fee splitting or multi-currency.
Is my historic order data preserved?+
Historic-order import scope depends on source-system access, data quality and the agreed migration. No fixed history period is guaranteed before discovery.
