Claims methodology

Last updated: July 2026

This page explains how MaxInvent makes public product, pricing and comparison claims. It is designed to keep our marketing useful for UK sellers while staying conservative under UK advertising rules.

This is not legal advice. Any claim used in paid ads, outbound sales, investor material or high-traffic campaign pages should be checked by a UK solicitor before launch.

Absolute and comparative claims

We avoid unqualified “only”, “first”, “rare”, “fastest” and fixed-saving claims. A dated public-documentation review can describe what sources showed at that date, but absence from public documentation is not proof that another vendor lacks a private or newly released capability.

Comparative pages identify the buyer need, verification date and source where practical. We update or remove a claim when its evidence no longer supports the wording.

Conditional Temu shipment and label workflow

Our verified Temu platform-label claim is conditional. An eligible connected seller account and order can choose from the services Temu makes available, buy the selected label and retrieve it for printing inside MaxInvent dispatch. Temu controls eligibility, service availability, price and terms.

Own-courier fulfilment is a separate path. It depends on Temu's rules for the order and either an enabled carrier integration with valid credentials and mappings or manual carrier/tracking entry. Tracking submission can fail. Stock fan-out applies only to supported, mapped and enabled connectors and depends on marketplace APIs, polling and retries.

Temu fulfilment evidence review — 12 July 2026

We reviewed the public pages below for five separate capabilities: Temu order import, stock updates, Temu platform-label purchase (also called Buy Shipping by some vendors), own or external-courier support and tracking submission. The final matrix column records evidence status and review date as metadata, not as a capability. A general shipping label or Temu order connector is not evidence of Temu platform-label purchase. “Not clearly documented in sources reviewed” means only that those pages did not establish the capability; it is not proof that a vendor cannot provide it privately or after the review date.

Within this bounded seven-system review, MaxInvent, M2E and Goflow clearly documented in-app Temu platform-label purchase as of 12 July 2026. Their wider fulfilment scope and evidence differ, as shown above. This is a dated public-documentation finding, not a market-wide ranking or evidence that another system lacks a private or later capability.

How we use “cheapest” or “lowest price”

UK lowest-price claims need strong and current evidence. For that reason, we scope price claims narrowly. Where we discuss MaxInvent as a low-cost option, the claim refers to published paid pricing in our stated review date and comparison set. Free products may be cheaper, quote-based vendors may discount and implementation scope can change the total cost.

Free products may be cheaper for basic needs, quote-based vendors may discount, and prices change. Buyers should always check current vendor pricing before making a decision.

Competitor comparisons

  • We compare products that serve the same buyer need.
  • We use public vendor pages, public help docs and public pricing pages.
  • We date comparison pages and update them when material facts change.
  • We do not use competitor logos or screenshots.
  • Competitor names belong to their owners. MaxInvent is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless stated.

Product and integration evidence

Product claims are based on implemented code paths and an internal product audit. Conditional integrations state their prerequisites. For example, Shopify is described as foundations / limited onboarding, and other carrier connections are assessed subject to account and API availability. Xero is described only as optional outbound GBP push for sales invoices, supplier bills and payments.

Hosting and regional processing

The primary app, databases and uploads run in AWS London (eu-west-2). Encrypted disaster-recovery database snapshots are copied to AWS Ireland (eu-west-1). Third-party integrations follow their own regional arrangements, so we do not describe the service as UK-only.

Origin and award wording

MaxInvent Ltd and Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd are separate companies with a common director. Sun Exotic's May 2026 Digital Champion of the Year recognition and its trophy inscription are attributed only to Sun Exotic. We do not add an Organization award property for MaxInvent or imply endorsement by Sugro UK or an award sponsor.

Solicitor review candidates

These claim types should receive UK solicitor review before being used in paid ads, sales decks, outbound email, or high-traffic campaign pages: unqualified “only” claims, unqualified “cheapest” or “lowest” claims, named competitor superiority claims, savings claims with a specific monetary amount, uptime/SLA commitments, refund promises, and statements about competitor pricing or customer complaints.
