Pricing questions, answered
How does the order overage work?
Each plan includes a monthly order allowance. If you process more orders than your plan allows, you pay a small per-order fee for the overage — 10p/order on Starter and Growth, and from 5p/order on Scale. Overage is billed monthly in arrears so there are no surprise upgrades.
Can I really buy Temu courier labels directly from MaxInvent?
Yes. We're the only UK inventory platform that lets you purchase Temu's courier labels straight from the dispatch screen. You pay Temu's own checkout-time rates (we don't mark them up), tracking syncs back to the Temu order automatically, and you can mix Temu courier with Evri, Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping or your own carrier accounts on other orders.
What couriers are included? Can I use my own?
Out of the box: Temu courier (direct), Amazon Shipping, Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Parcelforce, Tuffnells, Yodel and more. You can also plug in your own negotiated accounts — we don't mark up rates on your own carriers, and there's no courier lock-in.
What counts as an order?
A single order as it appears on your marketplace (eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, etc.). Multi-line orders count as one. Cancelled and refunded orders do not count. B2B portal orders count too.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day paid pilot at 50% off your chosen tier. During the pilot we help you migrate from your current stack and get live. If MaxInvent isn't the right fit by the end of the pilot, we refund in full.
How do I know which tier to pick?
Look at your last 3 months of orders. If you average under 1,000 orders/mo across all channels, start on Starter. Between 1,000 and 5,000, Growth is almost always cheaper once overage is included. Above 5,000, Scale becomes more cost-effective. We'll recommend the right tier during your demo.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on Starter or Growth — onboarding is included. Scale plans may include a one-off onboarding fee for complex migrations, always quoted upfront.
Do you charge per user or per SKU?
No. All plans include unlimited users, unlimited SKUs, and unlimited products. We don't punish you for having a big team or a broad catalogue.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — save 2 months when you pay annually (equivalent to about 16% off).
What's included in support?
All plans include UK-based email support with same-business-day response. Growth adds priority plus phone. Scale adds a named account manager and Slack channel.
Where is my data hosted?
100% in the UK (AWS London region). Never in the US or EU mainland unless you explicitly opt in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund for unused months. No cancellation fees.
How does pricing compare to Linnworks or Cin7?
MaxInvent is typically 30-60% cheaper than Linnworks Advanced for equivalent order volumes, and around 20% cheaper than Cin7 Core Pro once per-user fees are factored in. Unlike both, all our prices are public — no hidden quote-based pricing.
