Pricing questions, answered
How does the order overage work?
Each plan includes a monthly order allowance. If you process more orders than your plan allows, you pay a small per-order fee for the overage — 5p/order on Starter, Growth and Scale. Overage is billed monthly in arrears; confirm any renewal or plan-change terms in your agreement.
Can I really buy Temu courier labels directly from MaxInvent?
Yes. To our knowledge, based on public vendor documentation reviewed in April 2026, MaxInvent is the UK inventory platform we found publicly documenting Temu courier label purchase straight from the dispatch screen. Temu returns the available label options at purchase time, tracking syncs back to the Temu order automatically, and you can route other orders through enabled courier workflows.
What couriers are included? Can I use my own?
Supported workflows include Temu courier (direct), Amazon Shipping where available, Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Parcelforce, Tuffnells, Yodel and more. You can also connect supported courier accounts where account setup and API access are available.
What counts as an order?
A single order as it appears on your marketplace (eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, etc.). Multi-line orders count as one. Cancelled and refunded orders do not count. B2B portal orders count too.
Is there a free trial?
We run a guided paid pilot on the launch price for your chosen tier. During the pilot we help you migrate from your current stack and get live. If MaxInvent isn't the right fit by the agreed pilot review point, refund terms are confirmed in writing before the pilot starts.
How do I know which tier to pick?
Look at your last 3 months of orders. If you average under 1,000 orders/mo across all channels, start on Starter. Between 1,000 and 5,000, Growth is usually the better fit. Above 5,000 and up to 15,000, Scale becomes more cost-effective. Larger or more complex operations should speak to us about Enterprise.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on Starter or Growth — onboarding is included. Scale plans may include a one-off onboarding fee for complex migrations, always quoted upfront.
Do you charge per user or per SKU?
No per-user fee applies on current launch tiers, and normal SKU/product catalogue use is included. Any unusually large catalogue, custom data workload, or bespoke migration requirement should be scoped in writing before onboarding.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — monthly plans are rolling and billed monthly in advance. If you prefer to pay a full year upfront, annual prepay saves 10%.
What's included in support?
All plans include UK-based email support with same-business-day response. Growth adds priority plus phone. Scale adds a named account manager and Slack channel. Enterprise support is agreed around the account requirements.
Where is my data hosted?
MaxInvent is designed for UK primary hosting in AWS London. Any customer-specific data residency or replication requirements should be confirmed in your agreement and onboarding documents.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are monthly rolling subscriptions, billed monthly in advance. Cancel before your next renewal and there are no cancellation fees. Annual prepay is optional and paid upfront for 12 months.
