Questions, answered

What makes a good launch partner?

UK-based sellers already operating on Magento, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce or OnBuy, processing at least a few hundred orders per month, and keen to give regular feedback during the build (30 mins a week is enough). We're not looking for enterprise-only — small and mid-sized sellers are perfect because decisions move faster.
How many launch partners do you take per platform?

Magento: 3–5 partners, all onboarding now. Shopify Plus and WooCommerce will each take 3–5 when they move from 'next up' to 'active build'. OnBuy we're gauging interest on — if we get enough signups we'll slot it into the queue sooner.
Is the launch partner pricing really locked in forever?

Yes, for the lifetime of your subscription. If we later raise prices on standard tiers (we won't lightly), your rate doesn't change. The only things that can change are if you explicitly upgrade tiers or exceed your order allowance (standard 10p/order overage still applies).
What if the integration I need isn't listed?

Pick 'Other' on the form and tell us which one. We've had serious interest in Mirakl, BigCommerce, PrestaShop and a handful of UK niche marketplaces. If enough sellers want the same thing, we'll prioritise it.
Do I have to commit to MaxInvent during the beta?

No. Launch partner slots are free during private beta (typically 4–8 weeks). You pay from the day the integration is generally available — and only if you decide to keep using it. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
What do you need from launch partners during the beta?

Real data (or realistic test data), a willingness to flag bugs quickly, and 30 mins a week on a check-in call. That's it. You're not expected to do QA or write documentation — that's our job.
Can an agency or consultant apply on behalf of a client?

Yes. Put the client's company name on the form, your email as the contact, and mention 'agency representing client' in the message. We'll loop you into the call together.
