Questions, answered

What makes a good launch partner?

UK-based sellers already operating on WooCommerce, OnBuy or another requested channel, processing at least a few hundred orders per month, and keen to give regular feedback during the build (30 mins a week is enough). Shopify and Magento sellers can connect through the ready integrations.
How many launch partners do you take per platform?

WooCommerce and OnBuy will each take 3–5 launch partners when they move into active build. Shopify and Magento are already ready integrations; for those, we can discuss normal onboarding rather than launch-partner beta access.
Can launch partner pricing be protected?

We can agree launch partner pricing protection in writing for your subscription, subject to the tier, order allowance and any custom scope agreed at sign-up. If you explicitly upgrade tiers or exceed your order allowance, the agreed upgrade or standard 5p/order overage still applies.
What if the integration I need isn't listed?

Pick 'Other' on the form and tell us which one. We've had serious interest in Mirakl, BigCommerce, PrestaShop and a handful of UK niche marketplaces. If enough sellers want the same thing, we'll prioritise it.
Do I have to commit to MaxInvent during the beta?

No. Launch partner slots are free during private beta (typically 4–8 weeks). You pay from the day the integration is generally available — and only if you decide to keep using it. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
What do you need from launch partners during the beta?
+
Real data (or realistic test data), a willingness to flag bugs quickly, and 30 mins a week on a check-in call. That's it. You're not expected to do QA or write documentation — that's our job.
Can an agency or consultant apply on behalf of a client?

Yes. Put the client's company name on the form, your email as the contact, and mention 'agency representing client' in the message. We'll loop you into the call together.
