Warehouse operations
Warehouse management for UK multi-channel operations
Control stock across warehouses, zones and locations, then move orders through barcode picking, packing, parcel splitting and dispatch from the same operational system.
A stock total is not a warehouse plan
Teams need to know which warehouse, zone and location holds an item, what has been allocated, and what should happen next. Spreadsheets and marketplace portals do not provide that operational trail.
- Stock totals without warehouse, zone or location context
- Pickers relying on memory to find products
- Adjustments and transfers with no clear audit trail
- Packing and dispatch separated from the inventory record
- Multiple parcels losing their link to the original order
One warehouse record from receipt to dispatch
MaxInvent models warehouses, zones and locations, records stock movements, supports barcode pick-pack checks and keeps parcel and dispatch records linked to the order.
- Warehouses, zones and storage locations
- Goods-in, adjustments and transfer records
- Allocation to open orders
- Barcode pick, pack and scan checks
- Parcel splitting by quantity, weight and dimensions

FAQ

Automatic cross-warehouse order splitting is not claimed. MaxInvent does support linked parcel splitting by quantity, weight and dimensions.
