We collect only what we need to run our service and respond to you:

  • Contact information: name, email, phone, company, and any message you submit through our forms.

  • Cookies: essential cookies only. We do not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics, we use privacy-friendly options such as Plausible or self-hosted analytics.

Where we store data

All personal data processed via this website is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom (AWS London region, eu-west-2). Lead notification emails are sent via AWS SES in the EU or UK region.

We do not transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA without an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.

Why we process data (legal bases)

  • Legitimate interest: to respond to enquiries, improve the website, and secure our systems.
  • Contract: to provide services to customers who have entered into an agreement with us.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

How long we keep data

Lead enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, ask us to delete the record, or we reasonably need to keep it longer for legal reasons.
