- Yes. MaxInvent uses eBay's Trading API GetMyeBaySelling call to fetch every active listing, not just those created through the modern REST Inventory API. Legacy listings with business policies, international shipping, and multi-variation SKUs all come through.
- How does MaxInvent keep my eBay defect rate down? +
- Three ways: (1) tracking numbers are pushed to eBay within 60 seconds of the label printing, (2) barcode pick-and-pack catches item-not-as-described risk before the parcel leaves, and (3) automated stock sync means the item was there when the buyer ordered it.
- Can I run Evri and Royal Mail side-by-side with rules? +
- Yes. Typical rules look like: Royal Mail Tracked 24 for items under 1 kg; Evri Next Day for items over 1 kg; DPD for items over 20 kg; Parcelforce for international. Rules can be per channel, per postcode range, per SKU, per weight band.
- Do I have to pay per eBay listing? +
- No. Pricing is flat per order shipped, not per SKU listed. You can list 100,000 products without increasing the plan cost.
- Will MaxInvent replace Click & Drop for Royal Mail? +
- For most sellers, yes. MaxInvent generates Royal Mail labels directly via the Royal Mail OBA API, so you don't need to log into Click & Drop separately. End-of-day manifest is still handled through Royal Mail's system where required.
- How long does it take to migrate my eBay catalogue? +
