Dispatching Temu orders the hard way
Temu sellers today juggle two systems: their inventory/order tool, and Temu's own logistics portal. Print a shipping label on Temu, copy the tracking number back to your system, repeat 200 times a day. It's slow, error-prone, and blocks bulk dispatch.
- Logging into Temu's logistics portal for every single label
- Copy-pasting tracking numbers between systems
- No bulk dispatch for Temu orders
- Lost tracking sync when the portal times out
- Third-party brokers charging mark-up on Temu courier rates
Buy Temu labels in one click, from your dispatch screen
MaxInvent connects directly to Temu's courier API. You pick the order, click dispatch, and the label prints — at Temu's own checkout-time rates, with tracking synced back to the Temu order automatically.
- Buy Temu courier labels at Temu's own rates (no mark-up)
- Bulk dispatch 50, 100, 500 Temu orders at once
- Tracking syncs back to the Temu order automatically
- Mix Temu courier with Evri, Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping on other orders
- No separate Temu logistics contract or portal login required

FAQ
Frequently asked
- Is MaxInvent actually the only UK platform that sells Temu labels directly? +
- As of April 2026 — yes, to the best of our knowledge. Most UK multi-channel platforms (Linnworks, Cin7, Veeqo, Brightpearl) don't integrate with Temu's courier API at all. A few use third-party brokers that add a mark-up. MaxInvent is the only one with a direct, native, zero-mark-up integration.
- Do I need a separate Temu logistics contract? +
- No. MaxInvent uses your existing Temu seller credentials. Temu's own courier service is available to all Temu sellers — we just make it usable at scale.
- What courier rate do I pay? +
- Exactly what Temu charges at the point of label purchase. We don't mark up, add handling fees, or take a cut. The invoice you receive from Temu is the invoice you'd have got if you'd printed the label manually on their portal.
- Can I still use Evri, Royal Mail, DPD or my own courier for Temu orders? +
- Yes. Rules per order. You might route low-value Temu orders to Royal Mail Tracked 48, and high-value or oversized to Temu's own couriers. All configurable per SKU, per value, per region.
- What if Temu changes their API? +
- We monitor the integration 24/7 and push updates within hours of API changes. It's a native connector, maintained by our in-house engineering team — not a third-party library.
