ClearanceFood orders by webhook, with a repairing order check
ClearanceFood orders are read from its webhooks, and payment, cancellation, dispatch and delivery events are applied without moving an order backwards. An event that arrives before its order is kept and applied once the order is imported. The scheduled order check reads ClearanceFood's outstanding orders, imports any a webhook missed and fills in buyer, address and lines an earlier import left blank.

POS, the rep app and the customer portal each have a setting for how products open: case first (the default), unit first or case only. Portal product cards and pages get a Case/Unit switch for products sold both ways, unit rows show unit prices, and the POS barcode trolley and stock-count tools fold into small buttons on the search row.

A pending Temu address-change request holds every label purchase and every new Temu shipment until Temu answers, and the order stays in Temu Review. A request that lands while a label is being bought is refused or flagged. Temu and TikTok Shop orders show an address-change badge in Review, the dispatch queue and Order Lookup.
Cancellation and address holdsShow a secondary SKU in place of the main SKU
A setting, off by default, shows a product's secondary SKU, such as a customer's own code, on product and stock screens, orders, invoices, POS, the customer portal, the warehouse app and pick lists. It is display only: marketplaces, courier data, exports and barcodes keep the main SKU.

Product pictures can be reordered by drag or arrows and enlarged with a click, and the starred picture is the main one everywhere. Each picture can be tagged as front, back, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, barcode, warnings or other.

A despatch recorded by hand on an eBay order is recorded once and counted only after eBay's cancellation state and existing fulfilments have been checked. An order is marked fully despatched only when eBay's figures and MaxInvent's own counts agree.

An Evri label purchase whose answer never came back is held rather than retried, so a second label is not bought; a person releases it for retry and the release is recorded. This covers eBay orders and TikTok Shop own-courier orders. A label already handed over now points to its batch PDF in Lookup.

Orders the queue cannot dispatch yet show greyed at the top of the Parcel, Pallet and Collection queues with the reason and ship-by date. Needs attention always shows the two most urgent held orders first, and names any channel that failed to load instead of reporting nothing held.

Orders cancelled on Temu are refused for label purchase, printing, packing and despatch, including print jobs queued before the cancellation. An open buyer cancellation request on TikTok Shop or eBay stops a label purchase on the live order until staff decide what to do.

Quick List names allergen, health, medical and absolute claims in a title, description or bullet points before anything is sent, and AI-written listing copy reports the same claims. The check is advisory: the operator edits the wording or lists it as written.
Listing checksNew listings go live with no more than is free
A new listing on Temu, eBay, TikTok Shop, Amazon or Magento is created with the lower of the quantity asked for and the stock free at that moment; Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop read it again before each retry. The screen notes when a listing went out with less than was asked for. A ClearanceFood listing linked to batches is capped at their remaining quantity instead.

Each connected Amazon, eBay, Magento and TikTok Shop account applies its own stock buffer, floor and maximum listed quantity, so two accounts on one marketplace can advertise different stock for the same product.

The search at the top of the app finds marketplace orders by their own order number on TikTok Shop, Temu, Amazon, eBay, Magento and Groupon, where a business has them switched on. Long order numbers, such as TikTok Shop's, no longer make the search fail.
