Answer

Is MaxInvent built by a real wholesaler?

Last updated By MaxInvent Editorial Team
Short answer

Yes. MaxInvent was built in the warehouse of Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd, a wholesaler in Harlow, Essex. Nihat Ender is sole director and person with significant control of both, which are separate companies. Sun Exotic received the Sugro Digital Innovation Award 2025. FAQ

More questions, answered

Who owns MaxInvent and Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd?+

Nihat Ender is the sole director and person with significant control (75% or more of shares and voting rights) of MaxInvent Ltd, company 17323733, and of Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd, company 08818144. They are separate legal companies, and both records are public at Companies House.

What did the software do at Sun Exotic?+

It was used for Sun Exotic's product listings, order processing, courier workflows and marketplace operations. It was built in Sun Exotic's warehouse and improved there under the same owner, before MaxInvent Ltd was incorporated on 6 July 2026.

Who received the award?+

Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd. Its trophy is inscribed Sugro Digital Innovation Award 2025. The award belongs to Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd. It is not an endorsement of MaxInvent by Sugro UK or the trophy sponsor.

Why do the award labels differ?+

The trophy is inscribed Sugro Digital Innovation Award 2025. In reports of Sugro UK's May 2026 trade show, Wholesale News and Wholesale Manager call it Digital Champion of the Year and Cash & Carry Management calls it Digital Champion. We give each label as published rather than choose one.

Has Sugro confirmed that the award was for this software?+

No. Sugro has not published its reasons for the award. That the digital innovation was the warehouse software that became MaxInvent is our own account, not a statement by Sugro UK.

Did the October 2026 articles describe Sun Exotic?+

No. The Epping Forest Guardian and Essex Magazine reported on Wholesale Distribution in Harlow, a related family business, and do not mention Sun Exotic. They say the API and ERP system it built led to MaxInvent. Nihat Ender, director of both MaxInvent Ltd and Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd, was the person quoted. The trading figures in those articles are that business's, not MaxInvent's.

Is Sun Exotic a MaxInvent customer?+

Sun Exotic is not described as a customer on this site. It is the origin company: the wholesaler in whose warehouse the software was built.

Does this establish results for other buyers?+

No. Where software was built, and an award to that company, say nothing about how it will perform in your operation. Judge MaxInvent on a demonstration with your own channels, order mix and couriers, and on the scope each product page states.
